Refund policy

Returns are only accepted in the rare case that the product is damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need photographic documentation of the box and the product.

To apply for a return, you can contact us at hello@studiochd.in. If your request for return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like discounted products, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and souvenirs (collectibles). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
